All rides are subject to availability and are provided as per the route and instructions shared at the time of booking. Passengers must be ready at the specified pickup location to avoid delays. While we aim to provide a smooth and efficient service, passengers are responsible for ensuring they meet their schedules, especially for time-sensitive travel like airport transfers.

3. Charges and Payments

Fares are calculated based on distance, time, and applicable surcharges, including tolls or waiting time. Customers will be informed of the estimated fare at the time of booking. Payments can be made via cash, credit/debit cards, or digital wallets. Additional charges may apply for special requests, delays caused by the passenger, or damage to the vehicle. 4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

7. Vehicle Standards

All vehicles in our fleet are regularly maintained to ensure safety and comfort. Vehicles undergo periodic inspections and meet legal and environmental standards. Cleanliness and functionality are a priority, and any issues with vehicles during a ride should be reported immediately.

8. Passenger Safety and Conduct

Passengers are expected to behave responsibly during the ride. Wearing seatbelts is mandatory. Any actions that endanger the driver, other passengers, or the vehicle, including consumption of alcohol or smoking, are strictly prohibited. Drivers have the right to terminate the journey if passengers engage in prohibited activities.

9. Liability and Limitations

Eagle City Cars is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as traffic congestion or extreme weather. In case of an unavoidable delay, passengers will be informed promptly. We are also not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings left in our vehicles, though we will assist in recovering lost items.

 

10. Lost and Found

Eagle City Cars is not responsible for items left behind in vehicles. However, if you lose an item during a ride, you can contact us immediately, and we will make reasonable efforts to retrieve it. Any items found in vehicles will be kept securely for a limited period, after which they may be disposed of if unclaimed.

11. Accessibility Services

We strive to accommodate passengers with disabilities and special needs. Wheelchair-accessible vehicles can be arranged upon request. If you require additional assistance, such as help boarding or alighting, please inform us during booking so our drivers can be prepared to assist.

12. Child Safety

Passengers traveling with children must provide appropriate child seats or request one during booking, as required by law. It is the responsibility of the passenger to ensure the safety of children during the ride. Additional charges may apply for the provision of child safety equipment.

13. Prohibited Items

Passengers are not permitted to carry illegal, hazardous, or flammable items in vehicles. If a driver suspects the presence of prohibited items, the ride may be terminated, and authorities may be contacted.

14. Pets and Service Animals

Service animals are allowed in all vehicles without extra charges. Pets may be transported only with prior approval, and passengers must ensure they are properly contained or restrained to avoid damage to the vehicle.

15. Airport Transfers

For airport pickups, accurate flight information must be provided during booking. Drivers will monitor flight status and adjust pickup times accordingly. Additional waiting charges may apply for extended delays beyond a grace period.

16. Shared Rides

Shared rides involve multiple passengers and may require additional stops along the way. Travel times may be slightly longer than private rides. Passengers must be respectful of others sharing the ride.

17. Promotions and Discounts

Promotional offers and discounts are subject to specific terms and conditions. They cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. Eagle City Cars reserves the right to withdraw promotions without prior notice.

18. Third-Party Services

We may partner with third-party services, such as payment processors or booking platforms. While we ensure these partners comply with relevant regulations, we are not responsible for their policies or practices.

19. Service Availability

While we aim to provide services 24/7, availability may be affected by operational constraints or external factors. We reserve the right to refuse service for reasons such as safety or driver availability.

20. Alcohol and Smoking

Consumption of alcohol and smoking are strictly prohibited in our vehicles. Violation of this policy may result in the termination of the ride and additional cleaning charges.

21. Cleaning and Damage

Passengers are responsible for maintaining cleanliness during the ride. Any spillages, soiling, or damage caused to the vehicle may result in additional cleaning or repair charges.
